Co-ordination
with other research programmes (Task Group 4)
Objectives
The objectives of task group 4 "Co-ordination
with other research programmes" can be summarized as follows:
- To identify fora and communication
systems for accessing stakeholders in the ECOserve field
- To facilitate the understanding and
acceptance of ECOserve ideas by timely co-ordination with competing
concepts in other networks
- To create a forum in which information
about activities in the field of sustainable construction may
be exchanged
- To counteract duplicating research activities and to encourage
related research, which may contribute to an added value of the
ECOserve Network and the European dimension
Description of work
The work in this task will consist of a few subtasks
related to:
- Registration of activities in the field primarily
based on the European situation but also with a view to global
links. Contacts with the management of such related activities
- Formation of a joint information
platform

Partners
The management of this task is supplied by an industrial
interest grouping named 'Joint Project Group'. The leader of this
group is dr. Jean-Pierre Jacobs of Febelcem and the Industrial Member
Associations are:
