Communication and dissemination (Task Group 3)

Objectives

The objectives of task group 3, responsible for "Communication and dissemination", can be summarized as follows:

  • To establish a virtual meeting place (e-based project office) for all involved partners and to enable an effective electronic communication between all partners
  • To establish a window where non-confidential project information can be obtained
  • To extract education and training content from RTD reports and to demonstrate how this material can be made available through e-learning for interested parties both at university level as well as professional level.

Description of work

The work consists of a number of linked tasks and subtasks concerned essentially with:

  • Website development
  • Project Centre implementation
  • Content screening
  • Selection of e-learning tools including the demonstration of dedicated dissemination packages and e-learning services

The demonstration of a dedicated dissemination package is seen as the final goal but of course needs to be supported by:

  • An effective "content" selection
  • Optimal choice of the appropriate "tools" (delivery)
  • Elaboration of appropriate "services" (consultancy on training needs)
